Sophia Theodos

Hey team Guatemala! Oh my goodness! I am soooo super excited to meet all of you guys! Well my name is Sophia and I am a freshman in high school and 14 years old. I live about 20 minutes south of Atlanta, Georgia. Before that, I lived in northern New Jersey until I was 10. A few things I do at home are theater, horseback riding and volleyball. I’ve been a follower of Christ since I was about seven. Since then, God has honored me and called me into ministry as a carrer…..what type?….I’m not quite sure yet. I love helping kids younger than me and just encouraging them. This will be my first mission trip and I am super excited to see how God will use us to have an impact on these beautiful people. I’ll be praying for all you guys and them as well. I went to a Christian school for three years between 6th and 8th grade and I am sooooo very thankful that I got the opprotunity to learn so much about my God. My heart is really with the lost. I just feel the intense need to reach out to them and let God heal their hurt and fill their void. Anyway that I can serve and watching God work simply amazes me. I’m overjoyed that God is honoring me this summer to spend time with all of you guys and help these people.
