Yeah, I say that a lot! It means “yes” in Siswati and is one of those weird quirks that I can’t shake! :0)

Yebo!!!
It’s nice to meet all of you!!! And for those of you who were present for the conference call this evening, it was great to hear your voices!
My name is Kristen, I’m 25 years old, and am one of your leaders! I have previously led three real life (2-3month) trips with AIM: one to the Amazon Jungle and two to Swaziland. I was also a participant on a real life trip to Swaziland in 2006. I just returned from two months in India in May and am really excited to go to Guatemala with y’all next month! Yebo!
Some things you need to know about me: I love Jesus and I have a poodle. Her name is Mitsi Gail Boodylicious, and yes, she will answer to her full name. Coca-cola practically runs in my veins and I wear flip flops and sunglasses year ’round. I love sunshine and bright colors; anything beach-y. I’m a writer and my dream is to be both a missionary an author. The two professions go really well together. I’m currently coming on staff with an organization called Sixty1 and am going to Cambodia with them in August. Though I’ve never been to Central America, I have spent time in both the Dominican Republic and Peru. It’s been a little while, so I understand Spanish a lot better than I speak it!
I’m on facebook and have a blog: ktsummer.blogspot.com if you’d like to know more about me. Unfortunately, posting my picture with this entry did not work, so I apologize for that.
I’m very excited to meet you! See y’all in a few weeks! :0)
